Terms and conditions of sale:

Delivery can only be made to UK mainland only.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to research all fish before purchasing.

If you are in any doubt about fish try and research using Google.

Fish will only be sent if healthy and eating – Please allow 14 days for delivery.

When Live Rock and Coral are dispatched for delivery they are sent on an overnight courier to arrive before 1600 hours.

When fish are dispatched for delivery they are sent on an overnight courier to arrive before 12 noon.

All Fish are sent in oversized bags with oxygen and packed for at least 48hours

The bag will then be sent in a polystyrene box with heat packs (If necessary).

In some instances fish may not be sent due to weather condition. If this happens I will inform you at the earliest opportunity. Another date will then need to be agreed. This is for the well being of the animals.

If in the very unlikely event fish arrive with you dead:

·        Dead on arrival is less than 40% of the total value of the order a refund will be issued.

·        Dead on arrival is more than 40% of the total value of the order replacements will be issued at the earliest opportunity.

To qualify for Refund/Replacement:

·        You will need to send a photograph of fish in unopened bag to sales@cheapfish.co.uk before 13.30 on the day of arrival.

·        Without the picture evidence as stated a refund/replacement may not be issued.

Deliveries must be between Tuesday and Friday
